In Australia, cacao only grows in a narrow coastal strip of Tropical North Queensland between Tully and Mossman. The beans are naturally fermented for 6 to 7 days, and then sun dried and blended with Australian raw cane sugar and natural vanilla to produce a very smooth, fine flavour.

This Queensland 70% dark chocolate is full of distinctive flavours including berry highlights, luscious raisin overtones and subtle whisky notes.
