Our finest milk, dark or white chocolate is used to make a large 85g block (190mm x 75mm), then we hand-write a message across the face of it, in a contrasting chocolate (ie. white chocolate writing on a milk chocolate block). Messages can be personalised - but space is limited to two or three words. This also requires the steady hand of our master chocolatier, and a bit of extra time, so your patience is appreciated.
